Richard Estrada July 21, 1949 – June 6, 2016

We will celebrate his life on Saturday, June 18th, 2016, at the Ventura home at 450 Lewis Street in Gilroy, CA at 1:00 P.M. All who knew and loved him are welcome.
 Richard Estrada passed away on June 6, 2016, at 66 years old.
 Raised in Gilroy, CA in the foothills of the Diablo range, Richard had a love of nature and a great sense of adventure. He was a good man who’s presence brought laughs and knowledge to all around him.He shared his wisdom and interests with those he loved. Including how to heal with food and herbs, gardening, love and care for animals, and skills for surviving in the remote wilderness of the Sierras.
 He is survived by his daughter, Catalina Ventura, her husband, Victor, and his four grandchildren. Also, by his six brothers and sisters; Margaret, Peter, Martha, Rudy, Eddie, and Leonora.
 He was well loved and will be missed.
