Rick’s perfected soul was ushered into the presence of his Savior on 8/31/2011.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Laura Ann of Santa Rosa. His beloved of more than 16 years, Dorothy Roche of Santa Rosa and her children; Gil Reyes (Andrea), Brian, Dominick and Angelina Roche. All of his devoted and loving parents; Jane and Bob Nores of Sonoma and Jack and Darlene Thomas of Grass Valley. Brothers Rob Thomas (Kristy) of Sacramento and Jack Thomas of Rohnert Park. Jim Nores (Bridgette) of American Canyon and sister Michelle Nores (Ron Stevens) of El Granada. He is also survived by many Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
Rick is a native of Gilroy and was preceded in death by his doting grandparents, Jack and Arline Thomas.
Rick had been employed with John Morris HVAC in Santa Rosa up until he became disabled by the cancer that he fought against for so long.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. at Santa Rosa Nazarene Church, 1135 Farmers Lane under the direction of Pastor Rick Bassett and Pastor Tim Christensen of Faith Presbyterian Church of Sonoma
