Dear Editor:

I wanted to thank the Hollister Fire Department for coming to my rescue when I locked my keys in the car with my baby still in her car seat at Nob Hill on Saturday afternoon.

They arrived within minutes and were very kind, reassuring and quickly opened the door for me and I am very grateful.

I would also like to thank James, an employee at Nob Hill for immediately helping me by letting me use his cell phone to call 911, then staying with me, flagging down the fire truck and just making me feel better.

I really appreciate everyone’s help so much. I am only living in Hollister temporarily, and I must say that I have found everyone here to be very kind and friendly.
