Robert Grant Stokes passed away Saturday morning at his home in Hollister at the age of 47. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Stokes of Hollister, his children, Sharlene and Kyle Stokes, both of Hollister. He was the brother of Bill Stokes of Milpitas, Elizabeth Jackson of San Jose, Caroline Kaye of Cupertino and Richard Stokes of Georgia. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew. Robert was predeceased by his parents, William and Gladys Stokes.
Funeral services will be this Thursday, July 9th,2009, at 4:00 P.M. at the Sunnyslope Christian Center, 1520 Sunnyslope Rd., Hollister. Friends may also visit at the Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home, Thursday from 9:00 A.M.to 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in Great Falls, MT next week.
Contributions are preferred to the San Francisco A.L.S. in care of the funeral home.
