Assault with a deadly weapon, Fallon Road
At 7:24 a.m. Sunday, authorities received a report of a fight that occurred at the Hernandez Labor Camp in the 100 block of Fallon Road. Authorities said two men were drunk and fighting and the suspect, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, kicked a 23-year-old victim with his boot. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Grand theft, Cienega Road
At 8 a.m. Sunday, a victim reported that a tractor and a Bobcat had been vandalized at the California Rock quarry in the 11300 block of Cienega Road. The unknown suspect also stole $450 worth of diesel fuel and caused $3000 worth of damaged to the equipment.
Grand theft, Airline Highway
At 11:40 p.m. Friday, a victim reported someone was stealing pumpkins from Tonascia Farm in the 2300 block of Airline Highway. Authorities said the victim was able to get in contact with the suspect and the matter was remedied in a civil manner.
