Terence Howard passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013, in Fresno CA.
Terry was a retired Lt. Col. In the US Army, Corps of Engineers, West Point class of 1958. After the death of his wife, Jacqueline Menard Howard in 1985, Terry continued to live in Morgan Hill CA.
After complications from Melanoma in 2012, he moved to Assisted Living to be near his daughter, Claudia Dickie. Terry is also survived by two sons, Christopher Howard, Stratham NH, and Charles Howard, Kingwood TX.
