Beloved brother of Shaun and Glen Morrison, Thi Morrison passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at the young age of 38.Thi was born on December 2, 1973 in Saigon, Vietnam.
Together with his parents, they migrated to America to a refugee camp in 1975. He mostly lived in Gilroy until the age of 18 and later lived in San Jose.
Thi attended Gilroy Christian School, Brownell Elementary, South Valley Junior High, Gilroy High School, Mt. Madonna High and recently San Jose City College where he aspired to start a career in the solar energy industry. Thi is survived by his daughter, Serena Mai-Thi Morrison Brodsgaard, mother Qui Morrison, three sets of parents and siblings and many family members both maternal, paternal side and countless friends whom he called family.
Visitation will be at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy on Thursday, September 6, 2012, from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with an opportunity to share memories of Thi.
Service will be on Friday, September 7, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. A reception will be held after the service.
