 Bert, 49, was born in Gilroy on November 2, 1966 to Trevis R. and Diana Berry. He attended St. Mary and Gilroy High. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS degree in Ag. Business.
 While in college, he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
 As a child, he played baseball and was in Rucker 4-H. He joined the family business, Trevis Berry Transportation, in 1991 and continued to run it until his death.
 He was active in Garlic Festival for many years and was a member of St. Mary’s Parish.
 Bert was a dedicated husband and father and enjoyed spending time with them in Disneyland. Cooking Italian food was a joy for him. He enjoyed spending time with family. Bert was an avid Niners, Yankee and Trojan fan. Football season found him in front of the television or at a stadium. Tailgating with other fans from Gilroy was a favorite thing to do.
 Bert is survived by his wife, Andrea, of 15 years, son, Trevis R.Berry II, and daughter, Sidney, his mother, Diana, his sisters, Kay (John) Guenther and Paula (David) Reynolds, and many nieces and nephews all of Gilroy.
