Vivian L. Warffuel March 18, 1923 – November 25, 2013

Vivian requested a private family memorial.
 Vivian Warffuel was born March 18, 1923, in Chicago, Ill. She passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on November 25, 2013, at The Terraces in Los Gatos. She was surrounded by her loving family.
 Vivian grew up and lived in the Chicagoland area until 1984 when she moved to Ridgemark in Hollister with her husband, Clifford.
 Vivian was very active in her community throughout her retirement years, She was an avid golfer into her 80s and participated in several local bridge clubs. She also volunteered at Hazel Hawkins Hospital in their Gift Shop over the years.
 Not one to give up on things easily, she lived independently in her home until just two weeks before her passing. She was an inspiration to all who knew her for her fierce independence and determined spirit.
 She is survived by her loving daughter, Gail Faris, her two grandchildren, Kristen Faris and John Faris and three great-grandchildren, Alexa, Maddie and Max.
