Willis Wilbert Trimble peacefully entered into rest surrounded by his family on October 26 in San Francisco.
Willis was born in Cable, Ohio on April 20, 1930 and lived most of his life in San Jose. He moved to Hollister a few months ago to be near his family.
Willis worked as a graphic artist for Lockheed Missiles and Space for 30 years, and enjoyed photography, woodworking and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Nancy. He is survived by his three children and their families, Cheryl and Ruben Rios and children, Michael, Philip, John and Jillian of Hollister; Rick and Julie Trimble and daughter Cali of Hollister; and Curtis and Sabine Trimble and children, Mitchel and Michelle of Baumholder, Germany.
Services will be held Sunday, November 14 at 1pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2300 Airline Highway in Hollister. Burial will be on Monday, November 15 at 11am at San Joaquin National Cemetery in Gustine.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Grunnagle Ament Nelson Funeral Home in Hollister.
