Alma Terribilini-Sota passed away at home peacefully surrounded by her family on January 20, 2017. Born in Mill Valley, Ca, on June 24, 1926, to the late Paul and Louise Bleisch. She was married to George Terribilini for 53 years until his death and later married Anthony Sota in 2001.

Alma was blessed with six daughters, Margaret (John), Mary (Willard), Marlene (Bill), Gina (Steve), Cathy (Tim) and Lisa, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She leaves behind her husband Anthony. She worked as a secretary after high school and became a farmer’s wife when she married George in 1946 after he returned from the war. They moved to San Jose and worked together at the Story Road Drive-In Dairy until moving to Hollister in 1967, where they farmed on Shore Road, later relocating to Ridgemark.

Alma was employed by the San Benito County Office of Education driving a bus for disabled children. She was an active member of her church and did extensive volunteer work. She was a very compassionate person, loved by many. Her joy was her family and many friends. She especially looked forward to traveling adventures with her three sisters.

Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017, 1:00 P.M., at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7290 Airline Hwy, Tres Pinos, CA 95070.
