Evelyn P. Paura passed away in San Leandro on August 29, 2016, at the age of 85 years.
Evelyn was born in Kansas to Frank and Anna Paura. The family moved to California in 1937.
She was a homemaker who loved cooking, baking and most importantly caring, caring for her parents, siblings and her son, Terry.
She was a generous, compassionate and a loving person that was always concerned with everyone’s well being.
She is survived by her son, Neil (Terry) Duffy and sisters, Angeline Coleman of Hollister and Sarah Davis of San Jose.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Rose Nacarato, Edith Nacarato, Helen DeRose, Peter Paura, Mary Garcia and Joseph Paura.
