Frances Patricia O’Donnell passed away Monday evening at the age of 87. Born in Hollister and attended Sacred Heart School, San Benito High School and San Jose State College. She received her master’s Degree in Math from Stanford University. She taught at San Benito High School and was the first woman in the Math Dept. at San Jose State College. Patricia was an avid golfer and Stakeholder in Ridgemark Assn. and was a gifted Ukulele player.

Pat is survived by her brother, John L. (Jack) O’Donnell and brother-in-law, James M. Paxton both of Hollister. Aunt of Kathy O’Donnell of Hollister, Jim (Margaret) O’Donnell of Hollister, Gary (Karen)O’Donnell of Soquel, Mark (Mary) Paxton of Hollister and Craig (Anne) Paxton of San Francisco. She also is survived by six grandnieces and nephews and two first cousins. Pat was predeceased by her sister, Mary O’Donnell Paxton and brothers, Bill and Francis O’Donnell.

A Mass will be offered in the chapel of the Mausoleum at Calvary Cemetery, 1100 Hillcrest Road, Hollister on Friday, July 2nd at 10:00 A.M. Graveside service and burial will follow.
