Levina Wilson was born on August 26, 1920 at Haviland, Ohio, the daughter of Samuel & Jessie Marguerite Michael Paulding. She died on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Enid, OK.

She graduated from North High School, Wichita, KS. She attended Dauge Business College in 1939. She married Lee Wilson on October 13, 1939 in Wichita. They moved to southern California in 1950 and settled in Hollister, CA in 1957. They moved to a farm south of Kremlin in the early 1970’s. They moved to Kremlin to make their home in 1991. Levina was a member of Kremlin Community United Methodist Church, UMW, Enid Ruth Chapter #447 Eastern Star and Charter member of Creative Home Arts Club. She was church accompanist for piano & organ; also served on several church boards. She was an office administrator and bookkeeper for Kremlin School. She also worked as an office administrator in several offices in California.

Survivors are her husband, L. Lee Wilson, Kremlin, OK, 5 sons; Everett L. Wilson and his wife Janet, San Jose, CA, Melvin J. Wilson and Nathan L. Linsh, Oak Park, IL, Loren L. Wilson and wife Susan J., Kailua, HI, Darrell E. Wilson and wife Gloria J., Fort Bragg, CA, Claude L. Wilson and wife Pamela A., Hollister, CA, grandchildren: Kimberly A. Egger, Jennifer L. Penich, Adam J. Wilson, Andrea L. Farley, Alyssa L. Wilson, Trevor E. Wilson, Cynthia A. Wilson, Joshua B. Wilson, Jacob S. Wilson, Jeffrey L. Wilson and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 23, 2007 at 2 P.M. at Kremlin Community United Methodist Church with Pastor Debbie Hobson. Burial will be in Kremlin Cemetery under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek. Visitation will be 2 to 4 P.M. on Sunday at Wilson Funeral Chapel.
