DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
A 17-year-old Hollister male was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence, driving without a license and possession of cigarettes, all misdemeanors, in the 100 block of East Street at 12:37am on Saturday, police said.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA POSSESSION:
Hugo Castaneda, 33, of 31 Sally St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop in the 500 block of Tres Pinos Road at 4:15pm on Saturday, police said.
DRUG POSSESSION:
Allan Vega, 33, of 10 Plumtree Dr. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for possession of 3.6 grams of methamphetamine, a felony, and 2.3 grams of marijuana, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop in the 500 block of Tres Pinos Road at 4:15pm on Saturday, police said.
ROBBERY:
Charles Fischer, 25, of Paicines, was arrested by Hollister police for strong arm robbery and battery, felonies, after he punched an 18-year-old Hollister male and stole his black Spy baseball hat, police said.
UNLAWFUL SEX WITH A MINOR:
Police found a 15-year-old Hollister girl, nude from the waist down and severely intoxicated, in the backyard of a residence in the 900 block of Apple Court in Hollister at 7am on Sunday, police said. Police cited the girl for being drunk in public and transported her to Hazel Hawkins Hospital, but later took a report that she may have been raped and transported her to a San Jose hospital where a sexual assault test was performed, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
