The San Benito Lady Balers improved to 8-1 in the Tri-County Athletic League when they defeated visiting North Salinas 2-0 on Wednesday.
Sara Yamasaki and Berniece Bribiesca provided the goals for San Benito, which is now 10-4-2 overall. Yamasaki and teammate Karly Leon each had an assist in the two-goal victory.
The Lady Balers, winners of three straight games, will host Everett Alvarez on Friday at 3:30 p.m.
