Hollister resident
Victor M. Mendoza died Monday, Nov. 11, 2002 at his Hollister home after a sudden illness. He was 46.

Mr. Mendoza was born in Reynosa, Tamalipas, Mexico and had lived in Hollister for more than 30 years. He was last employed in the janitorial business.

He is survived by his daughter, Alanna Mendoza of Hollister; his mother, Maria Mendoza of Hollister; his brothers and sisters, Ruben Mendoza, Jose Mendoza, Mario Mendoza, Sanjuana Trinidad and Rosa Quinonez, all of Hollister, Graciela Mendoza of Los Banos and Sergio Mendoza of Mexico; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vicente Mendoza.

Friends may pay their respects Thursday, Nov. 14 from noon to 9 p.m. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment and graveside services will follow at the IOOF Cemetery.
