Kevin McQuitty was born September 15, 1956 in Fort Leavenworth, KS., to James McQuitty and Gladys (Johnson) McQuitty of Milwaukee, WI.

A 1974 graduate of Milwaukee Hamilton High School, Kevin went on to have a career with the Chicago and North Western Railroad, the Union Pacific Railroad and the Federal Railroad Administration.

Kevin is survived by his wife Lynn (Linda) Schmitt-McQuitty of Hollister, CA., mother Gladys McQuitty of Franklin, WI., sisters Kathleen Mathews of Brandon, MS., Eileen Angotti of San Rafael, CA., Christine McQuitty of Riviera Beach, FL., and brothers James McQuitty of Hudson WI., and Sean McQuitty of Mount Pleasant, WI.

After a long battle with cancer, Kevin passed at home surrounded by family on May 19, 2017 at the age of 60.

A celebration of life will be held in the Peace Room of the Harley-Davidson Museum®, at the crossroads of 6th and Canal Street Milwaukee, WI., on Saturday July 8, 2017 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
